Portraiture is something we can't get away from in our day-to-day lives, so its my opinion that it needs to be done right!
Getting the shot of someone you want, that winning shot - its so much more than just clicking the shutter.

I have a process - I like to take time to get to know my clients, I like to get to know what makes them feel at ease, what they like, what they need - a photo shoot shouldn't be uncomfortable, it should be fun!

Not only is it a far better experience for those I am taking the photos of, but this positive experience literally comes in the photos!
None of these fake smiles we so much of nowadays, but an photograph that makes you want to smile back!

True smiles are contagious after all!
And it that smile that makes me love being a photographer.
